ABOUT SARAH
About SARAH
I help parents of neurodivergent kids go from overwhelmed and unheard to confident, effective advocates—without burning out in the process. My coaching blends lived experience with evidence-based tools to support families raising ADHD+ children, particularly in international and high-pressure contexts.

What Makes My Coaching Right for You
- I combine mental fitness (Positive Intelligence), executive function strategies, and deep ADHD knowledge with real-life experience.
- My approach is strengths-based, trauma-sensitive, and always personalized—no cookie-cutter plans.
- Sessions are practical, affirming, and action-oriented—with empathy at the core.
- I don’t just coach—I help build your support village. I regularly collaborate with therapists, nutritionists, psychiatrists, educators, and other professionals to ensure you’re supported by a team, not just one person.
My Mission
Every ADHD child deserves the right support to thrive in school—and every parent deserves to advocate with confidence and clarity, without burnout. My mission is to equip you with practical tools, proven strategies, and deep self-compassion—so you can confidently navigate your child’s education, advocate effectively, and protect your own well-being in the process. I believe parents shouldn’t have to choose between advocating for their child and taking care of themselves. My coaching ensures you can empower your child—without losing yourself in the process.
