How can I help you?

I help neurodivergent people and families, especially those not living in their home countries, transform their lives through ICF & PAAC-certified ADHD coaching, education, and advocacy. My aim is to empower you to thrive rather than endure, and live your life filled with peace, joy, and energy.

Neurodiversity describes the idea that the ways that people’s brains work cause them to experience and interact with the world around them in many different ways. There is no one ‘right’ way of thinking, learning, and behaving, and differences should not be viewed as deficits.

What helps young people with ADHD the most is having an accepting, supportive person in their lives. I want to help parents be that person for their own kids, and also for themselves - especially if they have a late diagnosis.

If you’re ready to bring your envisioned life into reality, I’m ready to embark on the exciting and life-changing adventure with you!

“ADHD is a term that describes a way of being in the world. It is neither entirely a disorder nor entirely an asset. It is an array of traits specific to a unique kind of mind. It can become a distinct advantage or an abiding curse, depending on how a person manages it.”

Testimonials

“Sarah is very approachable; her demeanor put me at ease in our very first meeting. I was able to share openly (without feeling judged) my struggles with my son, his struggles, as well as the challenges we face at school.  Sarah not only coached me, she also provided me with lots of resources that empowered me to approach the school with confidence. Having just left Asia and moved to a new country (UK), I struggled to adjust to how the school was managing ND students like my son. Sarah played a huge part, from across the globe, and helped me through the process. Even though there were challenges with the school, Sarah remained committed and saw me through the process.  Sarah’s coaching has been empowering. Her passion to help ND families thrive is indisputable. Thank you, Sarah!”

“I have had the opportunity to connect and engage with Sarah as we develop our parent resource support group. Sarah provided sound advice to our parents as they come together to define their purpose, understand advocacy, and engage with each other to develop a culture of trust and support. As a school leader it was important to have another voice and experience in the room as we met together to build common understanding and mutual levels of engagement to further move our school on our journey towards inclusion of all members of our community.”

“Sarah provided me and my family with a shelter from the storm. She is intelligent, incredibly informed and, as a librarian, full of perfect resources about neurodivergent students and the dynamics surrounding those students within a school or home environment. However, what made her our lifesaver went above and beyond. Thanks to the safety and empathy I felt while working with Sarah, I was able to see my entire child again and experience all that is incredible about him and his future. Relief. Hope. Trust. She was exactly what we needed in the beginning, middle and end of our process to help our child receive the support he needed to thrive. She was my oxygen mask so that I could do all the many things I needed to do, like testing, meeting with school administrators, negotiating resources, etc., and to do it, eventually, with grace and confidence.”

“Sarah is a high-integrity, logical, yet passionate guide, liberating and empowering those she coaches, using a strengths-based approach to authenticity, joy, and personal fulfillment. In addition to greater freedom, and more energy and enjoyment of day-to-day life on my own and with my wife, children, family and co-workers and co-humans, she has helped me uncover and refine my inner compass to better prioritize with greater efficiency and intention how I can best take care of myself and be of service to others. Having both a global and holistic perspective she is well acquainted with the unique variety of challenges and opportunities of neurodivergence. I am grateful for her wisdom, sense of humor, diligence and capability she brought as she worked with me to find the center from which many creative tangents emanate, and where I best recharge. My work with her not only continues to serves me well, it helps me serve others and the world better than I thought possible.”
